Meet at 7:00am at the Rock Lake Trailhead near Clyde Park, Montana

Join us for a guided hike (and minor bike) to Rock Lake in the southwest section of the crazy mountains. This trail is not heavy with foot traffic this guided hike offers a great way to see the area and indulge in some true Montana mountain medicine.

Many people enjoy spending time in nature. But did you know that time among the trees is therapeutic? Being the forest is a practice that can benefits for your mind and your body. It can help you relax and refuel — and give you a break from the devices, worries and stress that can dominate your daily life.

Take the time to breathe deeply and turn your focus inward. Leave your screens, your deadlines and your worries behind. It’s worth it.

The walk will occur rain or shine, pending lightening, so check the weather and make sure you either have sun or rain protection and stay warm. This is strenuous in nature and people joining the hike need to be in relatively good shape.

Joining us for this hike will be an awesome opportunity to escape into the wilderness and leave the realities of daily life behind.

This hike will be 16 miles round trip. The idea is to bike in 3-4 miles, then drop bikes and hike as far as the group allows. This is for the fit and the adventurous.
